A Lee Dong-Gook goal in the fifth minute of stoppage time gave Jeonbuk all three points in a thrilling game against Daejeon. The top versus bottom clash was closer than expected and although Jeonbuk took the lead three times, they were pegged back on each occasion until they scored at the death to eventually win by four goals to three. Edu and Lee Dong-Gook both scored twice in the game, and now lead the K-League scoring charts with Lee on eight and Edu on eleven goals so far this season. Suwon remain in pursuit with Jong Tae-Se grabbing his third goal of the week and sixth of the season to give them a one-nil win over Pohang. Cheonnam moved up to third with a two-one win over Ulsan, overtaking fourth placed Seoul who could only manage a one-all draw against Gwangju. Seongnam beat Busan one-nil whilst Incheon and Jeju drew nil-nil. The top two clash between Sangju and Daegu in the K-League Challenge finished two-a-piece, with the league leaders coming back to snatch a point, having been trailing two-nil at half time. Third placed Eland lost three-one away at Gangwon.
