Seoul got back to winning ways with a win away at Jeju United. Everton Santos opened the scoring for Seoul but Jeju quickly equalised through Kim Hyun. Park Chu-Young scored his fourth of the season just after half time before his replacement Kim Hyeon-Seong made it three-one. Jeju got a goal back but a Molina penalty finished the game off. That result helped Seoul overtake Jeonnam and draw level on points with Pohang after those two teams drew nil-nil with each other. There is speculation that Suwon striker Jong Tae-Se could be on the verge of a move to Japan, and if it turns out that this week was his last game for Suwon then he certainly gave the supporters something to remember, grabbing two goals in Suwon’s three-one win over Ulsan. A late Lee Dong-Gook penalty was required for Jeonbuk to beat Busan. Hapless Daejeon were beaten again, this time against Seongnam, whilst Incheon beat Gwangju by a goal to nil. Daegu moved up to second in the K-League Challenge, beating promotion rivals Seoul Eland by a single goal. League leaders Sangmu Sangju could only manage a goalless draw against Goyang Hi.
