Suwon failed to close the gap on Jeonbuk, only managing a two-all draw in the top-two clash. Edu gave Jeonbuk the lead before Santos equalised for the home side. Jeonbuk looked as if they would take all three points after Leonardo’s second half goal, but Santos scored again in the last minute to tie the match for Suwon. Pohang moved up to third with a two-one win over Busan. Seoul fell to fifth after losing two-nil to Jeonnam who leapfrogged them into fourth. Lim Jong-Eun and Mislav Orsic got the goals for Jeonnam. Seongnam against Gwangju and Ulsan against Incheon both finished one-all while Daejeon drew two-all with Jeju United thanks to a last minute equaliser by Yoo Sung-Ki. Sangmu Sangju won the battle at the top of the K-League Challenge, winning three-two against Seoul Eland. Joo Min-Kyu scored twice for Eland in that match, bringing his season total to fourteen goals in fifteen games.
