Lee Yong-Rae’s late goal gave Jeju United a 3-2 win over Cheonnam. Two goals by Kang Soo-Il gave Jeju a two-nil lead but Cheonnam scored twice in the second half to level the game before Lee’s late goal gave Jeju the three points. That result keeps Jeju in third place on 18 points, three ahead of fourth placed Pohang who play tomorrow. Jeonbuk stretched their lead at the top with a one-nil win over Incheon. Busan won by the same scoreline to help them close the gap on the teams above them. In the K-League challenge Eland continued their revival with a 4-2 win over Goyang. Suwon City beat Gangwon 2-1 to go joint-top with Sangju Sangmu who could only draw with Chungju.
